Customers can cancel their subscription plan at any time without incurring any fees. If the customer cancels a project after work has already been done, they will be required to pay for the work that has been completed up to that point.
In the event that the company needs to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will receive a full refund for any work that has not been completed. The company will make every effort to communicate any changes or cancellations to the customer in a timely and transparent manner.
Please note that refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process and appear in your account.
If the customer is not satisfied with the product or service received, they can request a refund within 7 days of receiving it.
The refund will only be processed if the product or service is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase, and may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in the customer's account.
